These are my finds for the week so far (May 3rd - May 8th). I have been getting the hang of my new ctx, I understand what it tells me now, and I can spot a good target amongst trash targets now, there was a good example of that last night when marc went over a target that did not sound good at all on the atpro but rang a steady 12-42 on my machine, it ended up being a big screw above the penny.
last night we hunted an old school yard, as I was walking along I got a deep 12-45-45 signal, it ended up being a very worn 1909 quarter! not 2 feet away another 12-44-45 signal,,, bam! another quarter this time 1950! all and all I ended up with 2 silver quarters and 8 pennies, 49' 63' 44'wheat 63' 60' 46' 61' 68' I also got a little badge that I believe you used to get in a vending machine and it punched what you wanted to write on it.
earlier in the week I ended up in Larose forest and did not find much but I did eyeball find this little plastic token for Newcastle Corporation Tramways 1/2D.
we also hunted another wooded area with an old foundation we think was a barn, all I found was this knife apparently (I could be wrong, please correct me if I am) its a Hitler Nazi youth knife, they changed the inlays on them to a fleur de Lis for the boy scouts in the 50's & 60's I know the blade does not look right but I could have been reshaped to be more stylish. I will clean it up more and see if I can find any markings on the blade.
last but not least I ended up with a little Lesney Matchbox Racer #52
Thanks For Looking And Happy Hunting
