I managed to get out last weekend for a few hunts. Saturday's light rain wasnt going to keep me from detecting. I was plugging along , collecting the odd penny when I got a loud really jumpy signal that i thought might be a modern clad quarter, close to the surface. But, to my surprise I dug up this awesome old broad axe head.
Matt joined me on sunday and we hit a few more locations. The weather was great and we had a really fun day. My finds for the weekend included a bunch of clad, a crotal bell, a 1956 silver quarter, a 1918 LC, an arcade token, a couple pendants, buckles, keys, etc....
