Yesterday i was lucky enough to get out to one of my new permissions, this is a loyalist house, the original family got the boot from the house when they built the st Lawrence seaway and flooded the 6 villages and hamlets that are now the lost villages, once flooding was completed the house was sold, this current owner is only the third one, its never been detected before, back in 58 the farm had 100 acres now its only about 1. the Owner was very excited to have me over and talked to most of her neighbors about having me over, there are a couple older houses nearby so its great news.
the finds were plentiful, first things that popped out were a pair of Indian Head Pennies 1882 and 1896
not long after i dug up a nice 1900 LC, then Came another LC 1895, the a 1920 Quarter, all this from a small area at the front of the house, a few feet further i get another good signal, 1812 Tiffen token pops out!! at this point i am floored i cant believe the day i am having, i tell my self one more signal, dig the hole 1951 dime!!
It was one of the best hunts ive ever had, I will be going back soon, im welcomed back anytime
