So this weekend marked the beginning of my 2015 detecting season, the ground was cold and some spots were frozen but for the most part it was easy digging, I only had about 1h30 to detect so I cherry picked a little bit, I was rewarded with my first ever dug buffalo nickel!! as I rescanned the hole I noticed there was another target there, low and behold there was a 43D mercury dime in the same hole!! First silver of the year!!GOOD LESSON HERE, ALWAYS RESCAN YOUR PLUGS!!

it felt great to get out there and dig, I cant wait to get back out there!!
