This weekend turned out the a one, first off it was supposed to rain here most of the weekend and ended up being a beautiful weekend.
So far I have been very impressed with the CTX3030, I already see myself beating last year's silver count, I'm up to 7 this year, 3 dimes and 4 quarters.
This weekend I went back to the new field we found, and to my surprise not 2 feet from the other silver quarters I found out pop 2 more, I also found what I think is my first Bale Seal but I need to confirm this. I will be hunting this field for the next little while as they don't cut the grass there and it will be unsuitable for hunting soon.
I also ended up in a local school yard Sunday and to my surprise I found a silver dime right of the bat, then to my surprise I pulled out a 1915 large cent. I also managed to find a tiny silver heart
Thursday of last week I help my father's neiboubours find their property pins, (I found them) then he let me hunt his yard, I found this vintage Gillette razor from 1959
All and all it was a great weekend of detecting. I'm pretty sure we found a Virgin field I can wait to see what else we end up finding there.
Hope everyone had a good weekend Happy Hunting Matt
